FLXPAD does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests.
FLXPAD requests microphone access only when you tap REC MIC, and uses it for one purpose: recording audio into your own sample tracks. Recordings are stored on your device and go nowhere else.
Samples you record or load, and projects you save, live in the app's storage on your iPad and in your device backups if you have those enabled. Deleting a project in the app, or deleting the app, removes them. We never see them.
When you export a recording or stems, the files go where you send them, and that is between you and your Files app.
FLXPAD collects no data from anyone, including children.
If a future version of FLXPAD ever changes any of the above, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
